In the event that any provision of the User Agreement is determined to be invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable and such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of the User Agreement. In such event, that portion will be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect as closely as possible the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect in accordance with applicable laws.
In the event of any disagreement, claims or disputes arising out of or related to any transaction carried out on the Site or breaching or implementing, interpreting or validity of the Terms and Conditions or any part thereof (the “Dispute”), the First Party shall amicably attempt to settle the disputes through negotiations in good faith by giving it a period of thirty (30) days to respond or sending a written message informing the other party of the dispute.
In addition to any legal or equitable remedies, we may invalidate immediately, without notice, these Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your granted rights under the Terms and Conditions. Upon any invalidation of this Agreement, you shall immediately stop visiting and using the Site and we may cancel immediately, in addition to any legal or fair compensations, all your passwords, passphrases or other methods of identification, and refuse any visit to or use of this Site, in whole or in part. Any invalidation of this Agreement will not affect all rights and obligations (including, but not limited to, payment obligations) of the parties issued prior to the date of invalidation. You also agree that the site is no longer liable to you or any other person as a result of the suspension or invalidation of the site.
